That’s particularly true when it comes to our staff – and we have a rigorous selection process to ensure we find the right people for the job.
Our youth workers are fully qualified, accredited and all have mandatory DBS disclosure checks.
Our educators and facilitators have years of valuable teaching experience and are familiar with school and vocational curriculums.
Our coaching staff have industry relevant coaching qualifications and experience of working with young people in challenging environments.
All our staff and volunteers are required to attend regular training and assessments, so we know they are providing comprehensive support to young people.
